Witchly.host offers a permanent free tier — not a trial, not a limited demo. You sign up, deploy a game server instantly, and play for as long as you want. No credit card, no checkout, no strings attached.

How It Works

Sign up at Dashboard using your Discord account (must be 30+ days old).
Deploy a server — Click Deploy Realm, pick your game, choose a server type, name it, and allocate resources from your pool.
Play — Your server is live within seconds. Share the IP with friends and start playing.
Earn coins — Use the coin economy to upgrade your resources and renew your server.

What You Get

Every new account receives a resource pool to deploy free servers:

You have access to the full platform:

Server console — Real-time output, command input
File manager — Browse, edit, upload, download files in your browser
SFTP access — Connect with FileZilla or WinSCP on port 2022

Schedules — Set up automatic restarts, backups, and commands
Server settings — Configure game properties, startup parameters, and more

Server Renewal

Free servers are active for 7 days at a time. Before the 7 days are up, renew your server for 500 coins to keep it running. If you don’t renew, the server is suspended and eventually removed.

You can also purchase the Soul Bond artifact (5,000 coins) from the store to enable automatic renewal — your server renews itself as long as you have enough coins.

Earning Coins

There are three ways to earn coins:

Passive Siphoning — Open the Earn page on the dashboard. You earn 1 coin per minute while the page is open, up to 250 coins per day. You don’t need to be actively using it — just keep the tab open.

Daily Ritual — Log in each day and claim your daily bonus. Rewards increase with consecutive days:

Miss a day and the streak resets to day 1.

Referrals — Share your referral link. When someone signs up using your link, you both earn 500 coins.

Upgrading Your Resources

Spend coins in the Store to permanently increase your resource pool:

+100% CPU	3,000 coins
+4 GB Disk	1,000 coins
+1 Server Slot	5,000 coins

Upgrades are permanent and apply across all your free servers. As you earn and upgrade, your free servers can rival paid hosting on other platforms.

Grimoire Codes

Occasionally, Witchly distributes special codes (called Grimoire Codes) that grant bonus coins. You can redeem these in the Store. Follow our Discord to catch them when they drop.

Upgrading to Elite

When you want dedicated hardware with no coin renewal, the Elite tier offers monthly Stripe subscriptions with higher resource limits, dedicated nodes, and premium support.

Go to Deploy Realm and select Elite
Choose your game and plan
Name your server and optionally apply a promo code
Complete payment through Stripe

FAQ

Q: Is the free tier really free forever? A: Yes. As long as you renew your server every 7 days with coins (which you earn for free), your server stays active indefinitely.

Q: What happens if I forget to renew? A: Your server is suspended. You have a grace period to renew before data is deleted. Enable Soul Bond for automatic renewal.

Q: Can I run modpacks on the free tier? A: Yes, though heavy modpacks may need more RAM than the default 2 GB. Earn coins and upgrade your RAM through the store.

Q: Is there a limit to how much I can upgrade? A: Resource pool upgrades have system-wide caps, but you can grow your free server significantly through the coin economy.
