Non-Refundable

• Services suspended or terminated for abuse or policy violations.

• Gifts, promotional perks, or free trial services.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed and reimbursed within 14 days via the original payment method. No additional fees are charged for refund processing.

Data Deletion

Upon refund approval, you have 24 hours to download and clear any data from your server. After this period, all server files and associated data are permanently deleted from our infrastructure and cannot be recovered.
