Services

Witchly.Host provides game server hosting for Minecraft, Hytale, Rust, and Palworld. Our services include server provisioning, management panel access via our Pterodactyl-based control panel, file management, automated backups, and related tools. A Free Forever tier is available with resource limitations and a coin-based economy, as described on our pricing page.

Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Data scraping, mining, or similar automated data collection activities
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on our security features or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or staff
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our services without authorization
• Impersonating another user, person, or entity
• Interfering with any other party's use and enjoyment of our services
• Using our services for competing or benchmarking purposes

Each user is limited to one account. We maintain zero tolerance for cryptocurrency mining, resource abuse, hacking attempts, intentional server overloading, and any illegal activities conducted through our platform.

Third-Party Content

Any social media accounts linked to our services grant us access to publicly available linked content for the purposes of providing our services. Third-party websites and resources linked from our platform are accessed at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

Site Management

We reserve the right to monitor our platform for violations of these Terms, take appropriate legal action against violators, restrict or terminate access to our services, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be objectionable, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise harmful to our platform or users.
